Payment and Purchase Policy
Sale prices shown on CLEANpHIRST LLC are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. CLEANpHIRST LLC is unable to accept international orders. CLEANpHIRST LLC ships to the continental United States.
Accepted credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Debit. All orders are paid at the time the order is placed.
CLEANpHIRST LLC reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure you are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card.
Depending on the product and the circumstances of the sale, we reserve the right to bill it prior to shipment (i.e. an expiring credit card).
Shipping To An Address Other Than Your Billing Address
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we mandate that the shipping address match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.
We do not ship to unverified shipping address as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.
Pricing And Availability Policy
All of our suppliers reserve their right to alter their prices, our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, CLEANpHIRST LLC does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without having to assign a reason to do so.
Although it is rare, we reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.
Shipping Signature Options
Please note that CLEANpHIRST LLC is not responsible for errors in mailing addresses or delivery instructions. We ship to EXACTLY the address you provide. Please check the address you enter to ensure that it is correct and remember that most orders will ship within 48 hours, other orders including custom product orders will take longer.
FedEx Home Delivery
When you choose FedEx Home Delivery shipping, we will automatically ship your package signature not required.If no one is available at your address when delivery is attempted, your package will be left, usually near the front door, and FedEx will list the package as delivered with a notation of where the package was left. If FedEx indicates that the package has been delivered we will not accept a lost product refund claim or replace your package. If you believe there is any risk that packages may be stolen from the area near your front door, we strongly recommend the addition of FedEx Signature Confirmation service. This service will require someone at your address to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If no one is available at your address to sign for the package, a notice will be left for you by FedEx indicating the date of the next delivery attempt. If no one can be available to sign for the package DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SERVICE. However please note that FedEX Home Delivery service will deliver on Saturdays. To add FedEx Signature Confirmation service, use coupon code signature after selecting FedEx delivery. This service costs an additional $2.75.
FedEx Express Saver
When you choose FedEx Express Saver once your order is shipped expect your order to arrive within 5 working days. Signature on delivery is required for this shipping method.
FedEx 2nd Standard
When you choose FedEx 2nd Day Standard once your order is shipped expect your order to arrive within 2 working days. Signature on delivery is required for this shipping method, please note that the pickup day is not considered a shipping day.
FedEx Next Day
When you choose FedEx Next Day once your order is shipped expect your order to arrive within 1 working day by end of day. Signature on delivery is required for this shipping method, please note that the pickup day is not considered a shipping day.
FedEx Next Day Priority
When you choose FedEx Next Day once your order is shipped expect your order to arrive within 1 working day by noon. Signature on delivery is required for this shipping method, please note that the pickup day is not considered a shipping day.
FedEx Next Day Early AM
When you choose FedEx Next Day once your order is shipped expect your order to arrive within 1 working day by 9am. Signature on delivery is required for this shipping method, please note that the pickup day is not considered a shipping day.

Lost Packages
If you believe your package was lost in transit, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. We need to follow proper shipper procedures to determine if the package was signed for by another person, stolen, or lost.
If you have not received your package within 30 business days from the shipping date and the relevant shipping company confirms that the package was not delivered, we will re-ship the order again plus shipping. Should you receive both packages, you are liable to return one back to us.
We will not reship or refund orders for which the relevant shipping company can confirm delivery at the destination.
If you prefer, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges unless proof of delivery can be obtained. There will be no refunds for lost packages unless the above procedure is followed.
Cancellations And Refused Delivery
We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellations cost us time and processing expenses, therefore we have a $35 cancellation fee to cover the time and fees we incurred. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions in addition to the cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee And Returns
The entire staff at CLEANpHIRST is dedicated to ensuring that you meet with success when using any of our line of products. We will personally work with you to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues whenever possible. However, we do recognize that on rare occasions it is necessary for customers to return an eligible product for a refund. In those cases, please follow these simple steps:

1. Requesting the RMA #
To request an RMA# locate the original confirmation Email sent to you, and reply to that email with an RMA request. Include also an explanation of why you need to return the item.
If the original email cannot be located, then send an email to info@cleanphirst.com including your original order # and include an explanation of why you need to return the item. This will determine where we ask you to ship the product - returns are usually sent directly to one of our warehouses. After your request is processed (3-5 days) we will reply with shipping instructions.
Products returned without an RMA may get lost in the process, and prevent us from processing your return.
2. Shipping the Return
Items eligible for refund must be shipped back to us in order to process your refund request. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the shipping box / label. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. We must receive your item back within 10 days of issuing the RMA#.
3. Processing the Return
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less a restocking charge and free shipping charge. Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
Restocking
When an item is returned it must be inspected and placed back into inventory. The restocking charge covers the cost of order processing, packaging and placement back into inventory. Restocking charge is 20% of the item price or a $10 Minimum. For Items that were sold in a bundle or kit, the item is prorated as a portion of the original price, and the restocking charge is 20% of the lower prorated charge.
Free Shipping
If your order received free shipping, then a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount to reflect our costs to box and ship the original order.
General Return Terms & Eligible Products
Non-Defective Returns:
AFTER you are given an RMA#, you may return most non-defective items for a refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). Merchandise returned with missing items is not eligible for a refund. Unused items receive a refund of the product cost less a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Contractor Bulk Purchases:
Because of the extreme discounts offered on our contractor bulk items, contractor bulk items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. We ask that you purchase a retail size, which have our full satisfaction guarantee, before deciding to order our contractor quantities.
Defective Returns:
You may return defective items to us within 30 days for a replacement. After 30 days, the Manufacturer's Warranty will apply and we will help you contact them if you have any issues. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 25% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. Please read the instructions.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
- Open or used products
- Single use products
- Used Applicators, foggers or other tools
- Other select items, as noted on the product detail page
All Sales on the above listed items are final.
Cleaning and Decontaminating Products
Our line of homeowner and professional cleaners are designed and formulated to be successful in over 99% of cleaning situations for which they are designed. It is important to remember that NO cleaner can remove EVERY stain. Our cleaning products are designed to remove organic stains such as those caused by mold, algae, mildew, and moss among other sources of organic stains.

Unjustified Credit Card Chargebacks
A chargeback is when a customer disputes a charge made on his card. If the cardholder did not authorize the purchase, we will work with you to ensure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.
Please read and acknowledge our cancellation, return, replacement, order acceptance, and payment policies prior to placing an order. We do this to confirm that both parties understand the expectations in entering a business agreement. If, after reviewing our policies, you place your order, you are consenting to abide by our policies. We make every attempt to be fair and reasonable in our interactions.
In accordance with this, we will charge a $25 fee for every unjustified credit card chargeback against our company. We will also report all unjustified chargebacks to ChargeBackProtection Organization, thereby banning you from placing orders with any business that uses ChargeBackProtection Organization.
Examples of unjustified chargebacks are: a customer starts an unwarranted dispute with his credit card company, a customer refuses to pay, a customer issues an baseless complaint, a customer ships the product without going through the RMA process and starts a dispute, a customer disregards our return policy and etc.
